This Refund and Cancellation Policy governs all event registrations and, when introduced, ticket purchases made through the NTWRK mobile application and website (ourntwrk.com). It is published by Bizdateup Network Private Limited ("NTWRK") in compliance with the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 and applicable Indian law.
The NTWRK platform is currently free to use. Event registrations carry no charge at this time. This policy is published in advance of the introduction of paid ticketing features.

Free Event Registrations (Current)
- All current event registrations on NTWRK are free of charge. No payment is collected.
- Users may cancel a free registration at any time via the App or by emailing support@ourntwrk.com.
- NTWRK requests prompt cancellation if you are unable to attend, to allow waitlisted Users to participate.
- No financial transaction is involved; no refund is applicable.

Event Cancellation by NTWRK (Free Events)
- If NTWRK cancels a free event, registered Users will be notified via email, SMS, and in-app notification as soon as practicable.
- No financial compensation applies for free event cancellations.

Event Postponement by NTWRK (Free Events)
- If NTWRK postpones a free event, registrations automatically transfer to the rescheduled date.
- Users who cannot attend the rescheduled date may cancel their registration via the App or by emailing support@ourntwrk.com.

Paid Ticketing Policy (Applicable When Introduced)
When NTWRK introduces paid ticket purchases, the following policy will apply. Payment will be processed by Easebuzz Payment Solutions Private Limited, an RBI-approved payment aggregator, via UPI, credit / debit cards, net banking, and wallets.
5.1 User-Initiated Cancellation
Tickets are non-transferable. A ticket purchased by one User cannot be transferred, resold, or assigned to any other person.
Refunds are available only before the event, on the following terms:
- More than 7 days before the event: Full cash refund to the original payment method. Refund processed within 7–10 business days.
- 3 to 7 days before the event: 50% cash refund to the original payment method, OR a credit note of the full ticket value valid for 12 months against any future NTWRK event (User's election).
- Less than 3 days before the event: No refund. No credit note.
- On the day of the event or no-show: No refund. No credit note.
5.2 Event Cancellation by NTWRK
- If NTWRK cancels a paid event, affected ticket holders will receive a full cash refund of the ticket face value within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.
- Alternatively, NTWRK will offer a credit note of equal or greater value towards a future NTWRK event, at the User's election.
- NTWRK is not liable for any third-party costs incurred by the User (e.g. travel, accommodation) in connection with a cancelled event.
5.3 Event Postponement by NTWRK
- Paid tickets automatically remain valid for the rescheduled date.
- Users who cannot attend the rescheduled date may request a full cash refund by emailing support@ourntwrk.com within 7 days of the postponement announcement.
- Refunds under this clause processed within 7–10 business days.
5.4 Failed or Duplicate Transactions
- If a payment is debited but the ticket is not confirmed, or if a duplicate charge occurs, contact support@ourntwrk.com within 7 days with your order ID, registered mobile number, and payment screenshot.
- NTWRK will verify the transaction with Easebuzz and process a full cash refund within 5–7 business days.
5.5 GST on Refunds
Cash refunds will be processed on the face value of the ticket amount paid. GST treatment on refunds will be in accordance with the Central Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017. NTWRK will assist Users in claiming GST refunds from tax authorities where legally permissible.
5.6 Refund Method
- Cash refunds will be credited to the original payment method. If the original method is no longer active, provide an alternative bank account or UPI ID.
- Credit notes will be issued to your registered email and linked to your NTWRK account.
- NTWRK is not responsible for delays caused by your bank or payment provider. Easebuzz typically processes refunds within 5–7 business days after initiation by NTWRK.

Ticket Transfers
Tickets are strictly non-transferable. A ticket is personal to the User who purchased it and cannot be transferred, gifted, resold, or assigned to any other person under any circumstances. Identity verification may be carried out at event check-in. NTWRK reserves the right to refuse entry to any person presenting a ticket that does not match the registered ticket-holder's identity, with no refund or credit due.

No Physical Goods, No Shipping
NTWRK does not sell, ship, or deliver physical products. All purchases on the Platform are for digital event tickets, digital access, or digital memberships. Accordingly, no shipping policy, delivery timeline, return policy, or exchange policy applies. Refund and cancellation rules are exclusively as set out in this document.

Force Majeure Refund Treatment
If NTWRK cancels or postpones a paid event due to a force majeure event (as defined in Terms and Conditions Section 24) — including without limitation acts of God, natural disasters, pandemics, government orders, riots, war, civil unrest, or cybersecurity incidents — NTWRK will, at its election, either: (a) reschedule the event with the original ticket remaining valid; (b) issue a credit note of the full ticket value valid for 12 months against any future NTWRK event; or (c) issue a cash refund to the original payment method. NTWRK is not liable for any third-party costs (travel, accommodation, lost work) incurred by the User in connection with a force-majeure-affected event.

Currency, Taxes, and Chargebacks
- All prices are quoted and charged in Indian Rupees (INR). International Users are charged in INR; foreign exchange conversion is effected by the User's card issuer or wallet provider, and any such conversion charges are the User's responsibility.
- Prices are exclusive of GST unless expressly stated otherwise. GST will be charged at applicable rates and reflected on the tax invoice issued by NTWRK.
- Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute without first attempting refund through this Policy may result in immediate suspension of the User's NTWRK account pending investigation. NTWRK will fully cooperate with the payment aggregator (Easebuzz) and the User's bank in the dispute process.

How to Request a Refund or Credit Note
Email support@ourntwrk.com with subject line "Refund Request — [Order ID]" and include:
- Full name and registered mobile number
- Order ID / Transaction Reference Number
- Event name and date
- Reason for the refund or credit note request
- Bank account details or UPI ID (for cash refunds, if original payment method is unavailable)
Our support team will acknowledge your request within 48 hours and issue a decision within 7 business days.

Updates to This Policy
NTWRK may update this Refund Policy from time to time, particularly when paid features are introduced. Material changes will be communicated via in-app notification or registered email at least 30 days before taking effect.
